Unconscious Bias Workshop & Networking Dinner

Join the Massachusetts Chapter of the Society of Women Environmental Professionals (SWEP-MA) and our host,VHB, for networking dinner and an interactive workshop on Unconscious Bias, Wednesday March 13. Registration opens at 5 and we will start the event around 5:30 to give plenty of time for an interactive program!

Meet with other environmental professionals for an evening of networking and discussion on Unconscious bias, the accidental or unintended judgement about certain groups of people influenced by our culture, background and personal experiences. The goal of this workshop is to increase your awareness of unconscious bias, demonstrate what it is, help you recognize when we are biased and learn skills to block that bias from impacting your decision making. This workshop will be interactive and include small group discussions..  As always, there will be time for networking.
