Join the Northeast Energy and Commerce Association (NECA) and the Society of Women Environmental Professionals, Massachusetts Chapter (SWEP-MA) for a Wednesday Webinar on Environmental Justice Updates!

Coming to a permit near you! Environmental Justice requirements are being incorporated into regulatory permitting programs across our region under new and revised processes and procedures. Improved Environmental Justice analyses are also a focus of MEPA and federal NEPA reviews. Learn how implementation of these new and expanded Environmental Justice requirements is impacting permit contents and timeframes for issuance from the regulator and proponent perspectives, and how well these efforts are engaging the target EJ populations. The diverse group of presenters will provide a perspective unique to their role in project development and reviews.
