The Economy of Kindness: How Kindness Transforms Your Bottom Line

Join the Society of Women Environmental Professionals, Massachusetts Chapter (SWEP-MA) & friends for this online event with Linda Cohen.

What is the impact of kindness? In this highly interactive program, Cohen shares how kindness in the workplace, improves employee morale, elevates workplace culture, and reduces burnout. The size of the kindness action doesn't matter. There is often an unexpected ripple effect and giving and receiving are often experienced differently. According to research from the University of California Riverside, 40% of our happiness is determined by intentional actions, not by genes (50%) or circumstances (10%). Cohen will encourage participation that will help attendees share ways to cultivate a strong culture of kindness. She will also share timely examples. This program will give your participants a variety of new kindness ideas and resources to implement immediately.

Linda Cohen is The Kindness Catalyst, a speaker, consultant and author of a new book, The Economy of Kindness: How Kindness Transforms Your Bottom Line. For more information check her website lindacohenconsulting.com.

The presentation will be 5-6 PM, EST, with optional networking from 6-6:30 PM,EST.

Co-sponsored with the Connecticut Society for Women Environmental Professionals (SWEP-CT), North Atlantic Regional Chapter of the National Society for Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry (NAC-SETAC), and the Northeast Energy and Commerce Association (NECA).
