SWEP-MA is excited to be joining other SWEP chapters for a virtual event that will help participants handle the challenges of returning to the office. Please join New Jersey SWEP and SWEP of Greater Philadelphia August 4th at noon via Zoom for a timely presentation by Jennifer Salzman of Strategic Compensation Solutions on Rising to the Challenges of Returning to the Office.

The pandemic changed the world and how we work overnight. Now that we are heading back into the office, we are finding a new opportunity to reinvent ourselves and how we communicate. Are you looking to sharpen your interpersonal skills as you head back into the office? Are you looking for new ways to refine your approach on presenting your powerful thoughts or suggestions? Leveraging personal interactions and the power of self-expression is a required skill for workforce success regardless of your position within a company.

This session will explore how you re-enter the workforce with new energy. Using specific techniques, you will learn the top ways to prepare for re-entering the workforce with renewed energy to present your ideas so that others will listen. Create creditability and be a trusted go-to source for future company initiatives.

After participating in this session, attendees will:

  • Examine your own personal branding
  • Learn how to organize your ideas and prepare to sell your ideas to upper management
  • Understand the key factors to being heard and how to organize your thoughts so that they are clearly communicated to others
  • Create a pathway to becoming a trusted source within your company and impact change

Register for this event by clicking here. The event is $15 for SWEP-MA members and $25 for non-members. A registration code has been emailed to SWEP-MA members so that they can register at the member rate.
